MGPanel is committed to the security of its users' data. When we ask you to fill in the fields of personal information with which you can be identified, we do so by ensuring that it will only be used in accordance with the terms of this document. MGPanel does not guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the Internet, and the user agrees to assume this risk at his own risk.
A cookie refers to a file that is sent in order to request permission to be stored on your computer, when you accept this file it is created and the cookie then serves to have information regarding web traffic, and also facilitates future visits to a recurring website. Another function of cookies is that with them websites can recognize you individually and therefore provide you with the best personalized service on their website.
Our website, platform and mobile application use cookies to be able to identify the pages that are visited and their frequency. This information is used for statistical analysis only and then the information is permanently deleted. You can delete cookies at any time from your computer. Although cookies help to provide a better service to the websites, they do not give access to information from your computer or from you, unless you want to do so and provide it directly. You can accept or deny the use of cookies, however most browsers automatically accept cookies as it serves to provide a better web service. Once you click on these links and leave our site, we no longer have control over the site to which you are redirected and therefore are not responsible for the terms or privacy or protection of your data on those other third-party sites. These sites are subject to their own privacy policies, so you may want to check them to confirm that you agree to them.
MGPanel allows the Client to connect their account to third-party artificial intelligence assistants — for example Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Cursor or Gemini (Google) — through the MCP protocol and an access key that the Client generates and controls from their own panel.
This connection is always initiated by the Client, is optional, and can be revoked at any time from Settings → API, with immediate effect. While it is active, the connected assistant can read and modify the account's information within the per-module permissions the Client granted to that key.
What this connection involves: the account data the assistant accesses is transmitted to that assistant's provider in order to process the request. That data may include personal data belonging to the Client's own end customers — names, email addresses, phone numbers or other information stored in the CRM — when the request involves them. The provider's processing of that information is governed by their own privacy policies, over which MGPanel has no control.
The Client, as the controller of their end customers' data, is the one who decides whether to enable this connection and to what extent. We recommend granting each key only the modules it needs, and revoking it once it is no longer in use.
MGPanel does not transmit information to these providers on its own initiative: it only responds to the requests made by the assistant the Client has connected.
When an access key (API or AI connector) is used, MGPanel records the date and time of the last call, the originating IP address and the identifier of the program that made it. This information is shown to the account holder under Settings → API so that unauthorized use can be detected, and is retained for as long as the key exists.
MGPanel also counts the number of calls made by each account in order to apply the limits of the contracted plan.
MGPanel is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
At any time you may restrict the collection or use of personal information that is provided to our website. Each time you are asked to fill out a form, such as a user registration form, you can check or uncheck the option to receive information by email. If you have opted in to receive our newsletter or advertising, you can unsubscribe at any time.
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation of the processing of their data by contacting us at [email protected]
When an MGPanel user (the "Client") cancels their account, MGPanel will retain the associated access and information for a period of 90 days from the closing date, after which such information may be permanently deleted. Delivery of the site's code, content and additional settings during this period is subject to having an active plan, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
As part of providing its services, MGPanel may store, on behalf of its Clients, personal data collected from people who interact with those Clients' websites (for example, through contact forms: names, email addresses or other contact information). With respect to this data, MGPanel acts as a data processor, while the Client acts as the data controller.
In accordance with the applicable personal data protection frameworks — including Law 81 of 2019 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Panama and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — any holder of this personal data (or the Client on their behalf) may request at any time the access, export or deletion of such information, without that request being conditional on the Client having an active plan. This guarantee is not a benefit of the contracted plan, but a right of the data subjects.
